Elite Feeder Solutions Ltd.

Elite Feeder Solutions are a British company, focused on the design and manufacture of specialized feeders outside the capability of standard feeders. Our products are niche, and aimed at offering our customers smart solutions to their non-standard placement requirements in both SMT and Robotic handling.

Our products include our Slimline label feeder which is half the size of standard label feeders. This allows the customer to load another standard feeder on his placement system, thus offering better flexibility and utilization.

Another application which we designed a feeder for was the placement of 3mm moisture sensors on top of a die, thus removing the need for manual application which is far less accurate and far more expensive. We also have a Surftape feeder designed for the placement of dies using a standard placement system.

We will soon be introducing specialized pocket feeders for the manufacturing industry where robotics are used. These are far more advanced than any currently on offer with waste control built into the design and easy replenishment for uninterrupted production.
